Working with File Attachments

EndNote

Up to 45 files can be attached to a reference record. Although a PDF of the article is the most common attachment type, other file types may also be added, such as image, figure, and table files.

A PDF viewer available in the reference Tabs panel allows for opening, highlighting, annotating, saving, and printing PDF file attachments.

A single figure file and caption can be added to a reference record, which can then be inserted into a Word document.

A figure or graphics file and caption can be added to the reference record. This allows later insertion of the figure and caption into a Word document using the Cite While You Write plug-in.
