The Voice Box is a soundproof audio recording room located in Studio Coe (Coe 237). Students, staff, and faculty can drop in or reserve this audio recording space.
Studio Coe has a new soundproof Audio Recording Room that can be reserved by UW faculty, students, and staff to create podcasts and other voice recordings. The room contains two Rode NT1 microphones, a Scarlette18i8 interface, and Adobe Audition software.

Patrons can drop in and use the recording room (if the room is available) or reserve the room up to one week in advance by calling 307.766.7002 or emailing studioco@uwyo.edu.
The Audio Recording room may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours per reservation and up to one week in advance.
User/group are allowed one 2-hour renewal per visit.
Library staff may cancel reservations for users who do not arrive on time in order to make the room available to others.
Library staff may cancel reservations for users determined to be unfairly monopolizing the room.
*Abuse of Audio Recording room policies may result in the loss of room privileges.
