Agricultural & Natural Resources Law: Case Decisions

Federal and State Cases

Jurisdiction is important when researching cases.  Cases from your own court or a higher court within your court system are binding on future decisions. Those court decisions outside your own jurisdiction are considered persuasive.  For more information on jurisdiction, see the Finding Case Law guide.

Click "Search by Content Type," and select Federal and State Cases. Under Advanced Options, select a jurisdiction.

Select a jurisdiction from the top bar on the right and choose Cases from the links in the middle of the page.
