Scope

The Geology Library houses a collection of USGS topographic maps at scales of 1:24,000, 1:100,000, and 1:250,000.  All editions for Wyoming and only the most current editions for other states are retained. 

Finding print USGS Topographic Maps

• Print maps are filed by state and then alphabetically by sheet name in the Map Room. 
• If you don't know the name, try the online USGS Topographic Maps or Search GNIS by placename.... OR...
