Citation for a Website

A citation for a website will include a very different source element - the URL or Uniform Resource Locator. Website citations also include two dates: when you accessed the website and when the website was last updated (if known). Here is an example formatted in the MLA style:

Remember that the source element is important for the person who might be trying to locate your original resource. For a website citation, the dates also become important, as information on the internet can change often.
