Westlaw offers human rights case law searching to law students and faculty with a password.  Start a search for "human rights" and when the dropdown options appear select "Cases."  The United Kingdom Cases: Human Rights collection includes decisions from European Union (and former European Economic Community) courts and domestic courts in the United Kingdom and other E.U. member states that pertain to human rights published in Human Rights Law Reports, plus decisions from the European Court of Human Rights and selected reports and decisions from the European Commission of Human Rights, as well as settlements and resolutions of the Committee of Ministers, published in European Human Rights Reports. Coverage begins with 1979 for European Human Rights Reports and 2000 for Human Rights Law Reports.
