Parts of a Website

Most websites have common elements, or parts, that are important to understand. These include pagesmain contentnavigation bars, and footers

Main content generally falls in the center portion of a web page. Each web page of a website can have their own unique main content.

Navigation bars are often found at the top or left hand side of a web page and can include drop down menus. Navigation bars are a type of toolbar that allows you to move between web pages on a website.

Footers can provide lots of useful information about a website, and typically remain the same across all web pages on a website. These are found at the bottom of a web page
