BrowZine is an app researchers can install on smartphones, tablets, desktops, and laptops. The app allows browsing, monitoring, and reading of scholarly journals. The app consolidates academic journal articles from the University of Wyoming Libraries collection and organizes this information in a browsable format.
What researchers can do:
Note: Use some of these features such as syncing or creating a bookshelf requires setting up a free personal account with BrowZine.
Most of the scholarly, academic journals that UW Libraries subscribes to are included with BrowZine. However, content from newspapers, popular magazines, trade journals, and aggregators are not included with collected content.
BrowZine is intended for "browsing" articles in recently published journals. Older issues (pre-2005) are generally not available through BrowZine. To access this content, researchers will need to use the eJournals portal or the library catalog to access the journals.
Smartphone or tablet: Download the free BrowZine app. Open BrowZine and choose "University of Wyoming" from the list of libraries. Log on with your WyoWeb username and password.
